My Theology professor sets aside one day during the semester that he calls “Take A Deep Breath Day”. No work or presentations happen on that day. Just a good conversation about what we’ve been doing in class so far this semester.
What we had the longest conversation about was love; the nature of it and how we see it manifesting itself in the world. It was wonderful, then of course, I had to ask my question. “What are the boundaries of love?” And the rest of the class was taken up with that. It was wonderful too.
So we took a deep breath today. And talked about love. It was a good way to spend time on a gloomy Indiana morning.
